This 50-minute class is a unique blend of ballet-inspired yoga movements using fluid, elegant posture transitions that feel creative, calming, and grounding in body and mind.

  • GREAT TO: Increase strength & flexibility, improve posture, tap into creativity.
  • LEVEL: Well-paced intermediate with plenty of all-level modifications.
  • YOU NEED: Yoga mat + 2 Yoga blocks.

In this 50-minute strength training class, Angela builds creative transitions on top of the traditional old-school strength moves we know, love, and freakin' work.

  • GREAT TO: Build strength regardless of limitations, feel workout confident rockin' the basic moves you love.
  • LEVEL: Well-paced intermediate with plenty of all-level modifications.
  • YOU NEED: Yoga mat + Set of weights (2-15 lbs).

Advanced Ballet-Inspired Yoga

Tuesday, October 13 | 11a-11.50a ET

This 50-minute class adds weights & choreography to ballet-inspired yoga movements using fluid, elegant posture transitions that feel creative, calming, and grounding in body and mind.

  • GREAT TO: Challenge & improve your BIY practice, flow together as a global community.
  • LEVEL: Advanced (you regularly do physical activity at least twice a week & really know your body).
  • YOU NEED: Yoga mat + 2 Yoga blocks + Set of weights (2-8 lbs). AP's Spotify playlist (optional).
