In 2018, I sold my successful fitness company and moved to a tiny village in the Italian Alps.


Life in Italy was simple and serene. I welcomed each day with cardio, coffee, and church bells. Evenings began with wine and friends and would end when the bells told me it was bed-time.

Italy locks down in 2020. By March 9, the virus had halted daily life and was throwing the lives of the people around me into disarray. I sensed the rest of the planet was next; they had no idea what was coming.

I knew the only way to get through this was to create community and focus on one thing: Use this historic time to take radical action and step fully into our lives by getting fit & focused.



I created the 14-Day Aliveness Challenge in the midst of crisis. What started as an exercise & meditation challenge turned into a global movement for living intentionally during COVID-19. 112 people joined us from Italy, USA, Sweden, Canada, Philippines, and Spain.

Each live class will be recorded for replay, and members have full access to the class video archive.

You will only need a yoga mat, 1-to-2 sets of weights (or the ability to use something heavy), a webcam, and a stable internet connection. The workouts are best viewed on a laptop or TV (connected to your laptop via HDMI cable). Foam rollers are optional.

We offer a free one-week trial period to all new subscribers, so that you can experience our live sessions for yourself!

Everyone who is heart-healthy and clear for exercise. During April 2020, you can join with a family member in your household to train together as long as they are also heart-healthy and clear for exercise.

Attending the live classes is not compulsory — you will be able to follow the workout program by completing the audio and video workouts too (including live class replays).

It is up to you whether you wish to use your webcam or not — the majority of us do! This will give you the opportunity to feel accountable and receive real-time direction and support. Please note that your audio will be muted at all times during the live classes.

Yoga-Inspired Strength

These slow and intense yoga-inspired strength series will help you build confidence, heighten your awareness, and calm your nervous system, as well as build deep strength, a strong body, and a focused mind.

Ballet-Inspired Yoga

Unlike traditional yoga, Angela’s ballet-inspired yoga routines will help you be creative, fluid and elegant. You will learn the art of surrender, allowing your postures to guide and support you while you totally “let go.”

Fitness Workout

These workouts consists of HIIT + plyometrics routines that will physically condition your body so that it has the stamina and focus it takes to endure moments of total madness. You will use your breath to focus your mind, and you will often be asked to close your eyes so you can FEEL and connect to the exact spot in your body we are targeting.
